Russian automotive market has great potential
BASF Coatings has started up its new production site for paints in Russia. The new facility at Pavlovski Posad, 60 kilometers east of Moscow, has an annual production capacity of 6,000 tonnes of paints (basecoats and clearcoats).

BASF Pavilion presents sustainable solutions and products in China’s largest municipality
Opening day of the second “Germany Esplanade”: Following its great success in Nanjing with over 50,000 visitors, the next station of the BASF Pavilion is now in Chongqing, southwest China, from May 9 – 17. The Pavilion focuses on sustainable urbanization and features energy-efficient as well as eco-friendly solutions for the construction and automotive industries. It also includes a Kids’ Lab, where children are invited to discover the world of chemistry.
